Ingredients for Air Fryer Cheese Rolls Recipe
- Wheat flour - 4.4 oz
- Grated mozzarella cheese - 3.5 oz
- 2 tbsp of milk
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1 Egg
- Olive oil
- oregano
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
- In a large bowl, put the wheat flour and the baking powder.
- In the center add the egg and knead
- Add milk, cheese and continue kneading
- When we have a ball of dough we separate it
- With a kitchen scale we weigh and make 5 equal portions
- We place in the basket of the air fryer with spaces between them
- We spray Olive oil on top
- We cook in the airfryer at 190 ºC for 15 minutes
- Halfway through the time we turn it to brown on both sides

- For a keto cheese bread we could change the wheat flour for almond flour
