Ingredients for the airfryer recipe

  • 15 Prawns
  • Beer - 150ml
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • EVOO spray
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 18 minutes

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic and reserve in a large bowl.
  2. Also chop the parsley and add it to the bowl
  3. Add a splash of extra virgin olive oil, the beer and a pinch of salt
  4. In an air fryer mold we put the prawns (those that fit) and pour the mixture on top
  5. Cook in the airfryer at 175 ยบC for 13 minutes
  6. So that they stay golden on the outside we cook them again at a higher temperature
  7. Cook in the airfryer at 205 ยบC for 5 minutes
  8. We repeat the process for the next batch.
