Ingredients for the empanada breast recipe stuffed with cheese in aifryer
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 slices of Gouda Cheese
- 6 slices of Bacon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Wheat flour - 1.4 oz
- 1 egg
Preparation of chicken breast in the airfryer
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
- Take two chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper.
- On top of each breast add 3 strips of bacon lengthwise
- We divide the slices of cheese in two and put them evenly on each breast
- We cover with the other 2 breasts as if it were a sandwich
- We put a little Olive oil spray on the breasts that act as a cover and sprinkle paprika
- Preheat the airfryer for a few minutes at 180 ºC
- In a bowl we put the beaten egg and in a deep plate the wheat flour
- We pass our stuffed breast through the flour and then through the beaten egg
- We repeat the process for the second stuffed breast
- Put the chicken breasts on the air fryer rack (brush the rack with extra virgin olive oil beforehand so they don't stick)
- We cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180 ºC
- Remove the stuffed breaded breasts and turn them over so that they brown on both sides.
- Cook for 3 more minutes at 180 ºC in the airfryer
- Take out and serve with a sauce
