  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • Wheat flour - 3,5 oz
  • Brown sugar - 3,5 oz
  • 1/2 sachet of Yeast
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Oil - 60 ml
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla essence
  • Natural nuts - 1 oz

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

  1. Beat the eggs with the brown sugar in a large bowl.
  2. We peel and pass the carrots in a mincer or we can also grate it
  3. Add the carrot the oil and mix well
  4. Add the flour, yeast, and cinnamon one at a time, sifting well.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla essence
  6. We chop the nuts in the crusher or with a knife, add it to the bowl and mix well
  7. Spray oil in the mold (I used a flower-shaped air fryer mold)
  8. We cook in the airfryer at 160 ยบC for 30 minutes
