Ingredients for the chicken curry recipe in airfryer
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp of fried tomato
- 1 tablespoon of curry
- Coconut milk - 250ml
- Salt
- Fresh parsley
- olive oil spray
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
- Wash and cut the brisket into squares
- We put a reusable mold in the air fryer and add the breasts with a pinch of salt and spray oil
- Cook in the airfryer at 205 ºC for 6 minutes
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion
- Remove the chicken to a plate and add the vegetables to the same mold with a pinch of salt and oil
- Cook in the airfryer at 180 ºC for 6 minutes
- We remove half the time so that it cooks evenly
- Add the fried tomato and cook for another minute or two.
- In a cup we put the coconut milk with the curry and the Ras el Hanaout and stir until it dissolves
- Add the chicken and coconut milk to the mold and mix
- Cook in the airfryer at 180 ºC for 6 minutes
- Stir a couple of times during cooking
- Finely chop the parsley and add it on top of the plate
