Chicken Gyozas recipe in Airfryer

I have created a homemade gyoza dough with two ingredients to make wafers.

Ingredients for air fryer chicken gyozas recipe

  • Wheat flour - 3.5 oz
  • Warm water - 60 ml
  • Salt
  • 1 Chicken burger
  • Oyster sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sesame oil

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

  1. We spray aove on top of the chicken burger
  2. We cook in the airfryer at 180 ยบC for 10 minutes
  3. In a bowl put the wheat flour, water and a pinch of salt
  4. Mix with chopsticks until a dough remains.
  5. Divide the dough in two and flatten each one with the rolling pin until very thin.
  6. With a round cutter we are taking out wafers
  7. Cut the hamburger into cubes and place one on each wafer in the center
  8. We fold from the sides up and make folds to close the wafer
  9. Place the chicken gyozas on parchment paper for air frying in the basket
  10. We cook in the airfryer at 190 ยบC for 10 minutes
  11. We prepare a sauce by mixing a teaspoon of oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil

Tips for a good fryer chicken gyozas recipe without oil

  • To give juiciness to the filling of the gyoza you can put grated cheese
