- Boneless skinless chicken thighs - 17.6 oz
- 2 carrots
- Shiitake mushrooms - 7 oz
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp of Sesame seeds
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- Sunflower oil
- Soy sauce - 20 ml
- 1 tsp of Fresh ginger

Preparation time: 6 minutes
Repose: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes
- Cut the chicken into squares and remove the fat.
