Ingredients for the Chili with meat recipe in Airfryer

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup black beans, soaked and drained
  • 1 cup red kidney beans, soaked and drained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese and sour cream to serve (optional)

Preparation in air fryer

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 35 minutes

  • Preheat airfryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a large skillet, sauté the onion, bell bell pepper and garlic in a little oil until soft.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add the tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, cumin, cumin, cumin, oregano and chili powder. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake for about 35 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the beans are soft.
  • Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese and accompanied with sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
