1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup black beans, soaked and drained
1 cup red kidney beans, soaked and drained
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese and sour cream to serve (optional)

Cooking time: 35 minutes
Preheat airfryer to 350°F (180°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the onion, bell bell pepper and garlic in a little oil until soft.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the tomatoes, beans, chicken broth, cumin, cumin, cumin, oregano and chili powder. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake for about 35 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the beans are soft.
