4 tbsp of oat flakes
2 small apples
1 Egg
1 tbsp of cinnamon and powderflour
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 4 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces
Put the apple in a bowl, cover with film and microwave for 3 minutess
If they are already soft, mash them with a fork or a potato masher, otherwise add a couple more minutes.
Add the oat flakes, cinnamon and mix well
Beat the egg separately and add it to the above stirring
In the basket of the air fryer we put special air fryer baking paper and we pour a spoonful of mixture for each cookie that we want (without touching them)
We cook in the airfryer at 160 ºC for 20 minutes
We remove, let cool and pour honey on top if we want
