Easy Crepes recipe in airfryer (EASY TO DO!)

A crepe can be sweet or savory and you can accompany it with whatever you like best.

This recipe for easy pancakes in a airfryer It is prepared very quickly and with the ingredients of a lifetime.

I have cooked everything in my 5.5L Innsky air fryer.

I like the crepes with nocilla, the kinder cream from Mercadona or with fruit and whipped cream.

Although they are prepared in the airfryer the easy crepes recipe is not the healthiest but on a whim from time to time nothing happens.

Ingredients for the easy crepes recipe in air fryer

• Wheat flour - 3.5 oz
• White sugar - 0.7 oz
• Butter - 0.5 oz
• Milk - 200 ml
• 2 Eggs

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 6 minutes

1. In a large bowl, put the butter, eggs and milk.
2. Add the sugar and flour with a sieve
3. Mix until a homogeneous mass remains.
4. In a round mold suitable for air fryer we put a couple of tablespoons of the mixture
5. We cook in the airfryer at 180 ºC for 6 minutes

Tips for a good recipe for easy pancakes in a airfryer

• It is important that the butter is in cream (you can melt it a little in the microwave)
• The sifter is so that there are no lumps of flour
• For a good crepe, buy a shallow pan with a large diameter.
• If your mold sticks spray aove in spray to grease
