Ingredients for the recipe for aubergines with blue cheese in an airfryer

  • 2 medium eggplants
  • Blue cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • EVOO spray

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 30 minutes

  1. Cut the aubergines vertically to obtain 4 halves
  2. We make shallow cuts inside so they cook well
  3. We put baking paper for air fryer in the basket and the aubergines on top without piling up
  4. Spray the oil and season to taste
  5. Cook in the fryer without oil at 180 ยบC for 25 minutes
  6. Cut the blue cheese into cubes and pour it over the aubergine
  7. Cook in the fryer without oil at 200 ยบC for 3-5 minutes
  8. Add fresh parsley on top if you want
