Tips for a good gluten-free quiche recipe in a airfryer

  • If the dough is puff pastry and not broken, I recommend putting some weight on it so that it maintains its shape when you cook it (you can use chickpeas, rice...)
  • I like to grate the zucchini but it can also be chopped and poached with the onion
  • If the spinach is fresh, it is better to wash and drain it before adding it to the food.
  • You can add chopped nuts to the mixture if you want a touch of crunch
  • If you like the quiche very golden, leave it for about two more minutes
  • Times may change from one air fryer to another so it is better to watch the food a few times for cooked
