  • 4 pieces of Hake
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of wheat flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Fish broth - 200 ml
  • White wine - 200 ml
  • 1 sprig of fresh parsley

Cooking time: 20 minutes
