Ingredients for the healthy cake recipe
Greek yogurt without sugar - 4.4 oz
Wholemeal flour - 8.8 oz
1/2 sachet of yeast
Oil - 125 ml
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 4 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Put the eggs with the sweetener in a bowl and beat until they grow in size

I have used whole wheat flour which is practically the same as normal
You can use a scale for measurements or use the yogurt cup like me
Vanilla essence, sweetener and lemon zest are to taste
I recommend using unsweetened Greek yogurt for the texture. and for being quite healthy but you can use the one you like the most
Substitution of ingredients
Sugar-free Greek yogurt ➡️ Sweetened Greek yogurt (it's the second most fitness option), sugar-free fruit-flavored yogurts or the yogurt you like the most (if you want a traditional cake, it's better to make it natural)
Wholemeal flour ➡️ Oatmeal (with or without flavor), flour without tac, almond flour or wheat flour (less healthy)
Sweeteners ➡️ I have used Stevia but you can use any such as erythritol (If you want to add sugar you can do it but I do not recommend it in a healthy cake)
Olive oil ➡️ Sunflower oil (Less healthy)
Lemon zest ➡️ A splash of lemon juice or lemon concentrate
