Ingredients for healthy crackers recipe in air fryer

  • Oatmeal - 3.5 oz
  • Gluten-free oat flakes - 1 oz
  • 1 tsp powdered yeast
  • Olive oil
  • Warm water - 60 ml
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Sesame seeds - 0.7 oz

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Repose: 1 hour

Cooking time: 12 minutes

  1. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, the flakes, a splash of oil, the yeast, the spices, a pinch of salt and the water
  2. When you have a dough cover with plastic wrap and let stand in the fridge for 1 hour
  3. Stretch with a rolling pin and spread the seeds on top
  4. We pass the roller again to make the seeds embed
  5. We cut into squares of the same approximate size and place them on top of the air fryer protective mold without piling up
  6. We cook in the airfryer at 190 ยบC for 12 minutes
  7. We can use them as toasts, to dip or eat alone
