Ingredients for homemade cheese flan recipe in air fryer
Philadelphia cheese - 17.6 oz
Evaporated milk - 100 ml
Condensed milk - 10.5 oz
White sugar - 3.5 oz
4 tbsp of Water
1 tsp of Lemon juice
Preparation of homemade cheese flan in a airfryer
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 60 minutes
In a blender glass we put the eggs, the cheese, the evaporated milk and the condensed milk
We beat it well (with an automatic, hand or manual mixer)
While we put a small skillet over medium heat with sugar, water and lemon juice
Stir with a metal spoon until dissolved
Leave over medium heat without stirring until the caramel forms.
Then spread it over the bottom of an aifryer-friendly aluminum pan, moving it a bit so it comes up the sides.
When it has cooled and is solid, pour the mixture that we had beaten on top
