Today in BiteMyRecipe We have prepared a recipe for homemade cheese flan in a airfryer with condensed milk, easy, fast and without thermomix.Cheese flans in thermomix were very famous for how easy it was to make them, but you had to put them in the oven in a bain-marie finally.
This cheese flan recipe without an oven and without a microwave is ideal and it has ingredients such as eggs, condensed milk or evaporated milk, within everyone's reach.
Although it is true that it is not a very healthy dessert, some ingredients can be changed to adapt it.
The recipe for homemade cheese flan with condensed milk andIt's very similar to grandma's or Arguiรฑano's cheese flan recipe.
I prefer this recipe because I don't like to cook in the oven in a bain-marie, but we do need a mixer (manual or automatic) and a small pan to make the caramel.
The flan caramel is homemade, although you can buy the typical supermarket syrup, and you have some great tips below to get it right.
The convenience of making homemade cheese flan in aifryer is that you can let it cook and keep doing your thing until the air fryer beeps.

Tips for a good homemade cheese flan recipe in a airfryer
You can use an automatic glass blender, the Thermomix to mix, a hand blender or even the manual rods of a lifetime
If the caramel is very solid and you cannot put it in the moldadd 35 ml of hot water (you can boil it in the microwave) and stir
The caramel forms better if you stir with a metal spoon but if you don't want to scratch the pan you can use a spatula
It is important that when you have removed the caramel you do not mix it again and let it form
You can apply the trick of the wooden toothpick after 50 minutes to check if it is already done, but a flan has its time
Do not forget to put the aluminum foil so that the top layer of the flan does not burn
As an accessory I have used an aluminum mold suitable for air fryer (you can find it in any supermarket like Mercadona)
