• 2 medium potatoes
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• Olive oil
• 1 tsp oregano
• Salt

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 22 minutes

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices with a mandoline
2. Put the potatoes in a bowl with cold water and wash them
3. Drain and dry with kitchen paper
4. In a bowl put all the spices, salt, vinegar, potatoes and a splash of olive oil and mix everything

6. We cook in the airfryer at 180 ºC for 22 minutes
