Carrots - 8.8 oz
1 leek
5 dates
Milk - 300 ml
Wheat flour - 1.7 oz
Olive oil
Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Nutmeg
Bread crumbs - 2 oz (for breading)
1 large egg (for breading)
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Repose: 4 hours
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Peel and chop the carrots very fine
In a frying pan with a little olive oil, sauté the carrots over medium heat.
We cut the leek and the finite dates and add it
Sauté with salt, black pepper and nutmeg
When it has poached add the flour and remove about 2 minutes
Add the milk and continue stirring until thickened.
Add more salt if necessary
