Ingredients for the lemon muffins recipe in air fryer

  • 2 Eggs
  • Sugar - 4,4 oz
  • Sunflower oil- 4,4 oz
  • Wheat flour- 4,4 oz
  • Lemon - 10 ml
  • 1/2 sachet of Powdered yeast

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a stick mixer.
  2. Add the sunflower oil, the flour, the raising agent and the lemon zest and continue beating
  3. Pour the mixture into the molds or cupcake papers up to half
  4. We cook in the airfryer at 150 ยบC for 20 minutes
  5. Prick with a toothpick to check that they are cooked and sprinkle sugar on top
