Ingredients for meatballs with Spanish sauce recipe in air fryer

  • Beef minced meat - 17.6 oz
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Wheat flour - 0.7 oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Water - 400 ml
  • 1 tablet of beef broth
  • 2 tsp of Bovril

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

  1. In a large bowl, put the minced meat with the salt, the black pepper, the parsley, the breadcrumbs, the egg
  2. We pass the garlic through a garlic press and add it
  3. Mix with your hands for a few minutes.
  4. We are separating pieces and we make the shape of meatballs (I get 15 units)
  5. Place the meatballs in the basket and spray Olive oil
  6. We cook in the airfryer at 180 ºC for 15 minutes
  7. In a pot we put all the water to heat with the stock cube and the bovril
  8. Let boil for a few minutes and withdraw
  9. In a deep frying pan, put the flour over medium heat and let it toast.
  10. Add the butter and stir to melt and incorporate.
  11. Add the broth that we had prepared and stir with the rods to avoid lumps
  12. Add the cooked meatballs and leave for 5 minutes over medium heat

  • I have made medium-large meatballs but I like them better and they cook better
