Ingredients for the recipe for meatballs with tomato sauce and boletus in air fryer

  • 12 pork meatballs
  • Dehydrated mushrooms - 5.2 oz
  • 1 jar of canned tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • White wine - 70ml
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

  1. Soak the mushrooms in hot water
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 200 ºC
  3. Peel and cut the onion into small pieces
  4. Peel the garlic and crush it with the garlic press (or minced)
  5. In a pot with a splash of oil, sauté the garlic and onion with a pinch of salt and black pepper
  6. Cook the meatballs in the airfryer at 200ºC for 10 minutes
  7. When they finish cooking, take them out and reserve.
  8. At that moment, the onion will be poached and we will add the white wine
  9. Cut the tomatoes and add them to the pan when the alcohol has evaporated.
  10. We also add the mushrooms with the water, the curry, the meatballs, the coriander and the bay leaves
  11. Stir well, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Tips for a good recipe for meatballs with tomato sauce and boletus in fryers without oil

  • If you make the meatballs in a homemade way better, I have used meatballs from my trusted butcher shop
  • You can add the vegetables that you like next to the onion
  • The mushrooms have to be at least 10 minutes hydrating so don't forget to put them first
  • It is important to add the mushrooms with the water in which they were hydrating
  • Place the meatballs as far apart as possible in the air fryer and without piling them up

  • Meatballs ➡️ Mixed minced meat or pork (make a ball and mix it with salt and parsley and then create the meatballs)
  • Dehydrated mushrooms ➡️ Tray of mushrooms or mushrooms
  • Canned tomatoes ➡️ Natural tomato, canned crushed tomato or fried tomato s/a
  • Onion ➡️ Carrot, zucchini...
  • Natural garlic ➡️ Garlic powder
  • Fresh cilantro ➡️ Coriander powder, mint or other herb
