Tips for a good recipe for eggplant moussaka with tuna in a airfryer

  • It is important to soak the aubergines to remove the bitter taste that they have naturally
  • In my case I have sprayed the Olive oil but you can also spray it and spread it with a brush or a spoon
  • If you are a cheese lover, I recommend that you add a layer of grated cheese between the tuna and the next layer of aubergines.
  • Be careful not to grill the cheese in the air fryer for too long because it can burn.
  • The mold that I used was rectangular and aluminum but you can use any mold suitable for an air fryer.
  • To make the aubergine moussaka with tuna more compact, you can arrange the pieces of aubergine a little on top of the next ones (in a spiral shape instead of a flat layer)

Substitution of ingredients airfryer moussaka recipe
