Nutella Cookies recipe in a Airfryer (EASY TO DO)

I have cooked everything in my 5.5L Innsky air fryer.

Ingredients for the air fryer nutella cookie recipe

• 3 tbsp of Nutella
• 1 egg
• Wheat flour - 5.2 oz

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. In a bowl we put the nutella and mix with the egg using a palette
2. Gradually add the sifted flour until a dough forms.
3. We put parchment paper for air fryer in the basket
4. Put 2 tablespoons of dough in each corner, giving it a cookie shape but leaving space between them.
5. We cook in the airfryer at 190 ºC for 20 minutes
6. Let cool and repeat if we have leftover dough

Tips for a good nutella cookie recipe in a airfryer

• If you do not pass the flour through a sieve, lumps may remain in the cookie
• Add the flour little by little until a dough forms. (you still need less or more than 150 gr)
• I recommend putting parchment paper, aluminum foil or a mold if you don't want to stain the entire air fryer
• It is important to leave space between the cookies even if you have to make several batches
• You can also try cooking the dough in a rectangular pan and then shaping it with cookie cutters.
