I cooked everything in my 5.5L airfryer.

It has been prepared without Thermomix, without oven, without pots, without pans and without microwave. And as for the ingredients, it is a gluten-free cake, without wheat flour and without sugar.

Ingredients for the oatmeal and yogurt cake recipe in air fryer

  • 1 cup of Oat flour
  • 1 lemon yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp of yeast
  • 1/2 cup of Erythritol

Preparation in air fryer

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 22 minutes

  1. We separate the whites from the yolks and put them in a deep container.
  2. We add the rest of the ingredients while making enveloping movements so that the egg whites do not go down.
  3. We grease a cake mold suitable for airfryer and pour the mixture
  4. We cook in the air fryer at 200 ยบC for 22 minutes
  5. We check the cooking by puncturing the center with a wooden toothpick and leaving it for about 5 more minutes if necessary.
  6. And now we have our airfryer oatmeal and yogurt cake recipe ready!

Tips for a good oatmeal and yogurt cake recipe in airfryer

  • To whip the egg whites you can use a hand mixer or a whisk.
  • It depends on whether you want a more or less healthy version, you can change the sweetener for panela or the 0% yogurt for a normal one.
  • Measure the cooking well so that it does not burn on top (if necessary, cover it with aluminum foil)
  • To check that the cake is cooked, insert a toothpick or fork into the center; if it comes out stained, it needs a few more minutes.

Substitution of ingredients

  • Oat flour โžก๏ธ Whole or flavored oat flour, wheat flour, rice flour or almond flour
  • Erythritol โžก๏ธ Stevia (add less), panela/brown sugar or white sugar
  • Lemon yogurt 0% โžก๏ธ Lemon yogurt with sugar or other flavors such as coconut
  • Optional โžก๏ธ Add a few drops of vanilla aroma or flavoring
  • Egg โžก๏ธ You can change one egg for two egg whites and it will be fluffier
  • Cocoa powder โžก๏ธ Melted chocolate
