Ingredients for the orange flan recipe in air fryer
Fresh orange juice - 350 ml
3 Eggs
3 tbsp of erythritol sweetener (or sugar)
Liquid caramel
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 13 minutes
In a bowl we put the orange juice, the sweetener and the eggs
Mix with a hand or rod blender so that it is well integrated
In small cups or molds suitable for air fryer, put liquid caramel on the base.
We add the contents of the bowl equally in each mold
We cook in the airfryer at 130 ºC for 13 minutes
Prick with a toothpick to check that they are done.
Let cool to room temperature and then in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
