This airfryer picanha recipe is very simple to cook, easy and with few ingredients.

I cooked everything in my 5.5L air fryer.

It has been prepared without oven, without pots, without pans and without microwave.

Ingredients for the picanha recipe in airfryer

  • Top sirloin cap- 2,2 lb
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tsp hot paprika
  • Salt
  • EVOO spray
  • Parsley

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Rest: 12 hours

Cooking time: 45 minutes

  1. We remove the excess fat from the top of the beef nock
  2. At the bottom we make shallow diagonal cuts and leave that fat
  3. Peel and chop the onion and garlic
  4. Add the chopped fresh parsley along with the onion, garlic, paprika, salt and a splash of oil in a bowl.
  5. We place plastic wrap on the table and put the minced meat on top.
  6. We paint with all the previous mixture and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  7. We let it rest overnight in the cold.
  8. We remove the film and place the minced meat in an air fryer mold in the basket with the fat side up.
  9. We cook in the fryer without oil at 190 ยบC for 45 minutes
  10. Let it rest for a few minutes and cut into thick slices.
  11. And now we have our airfryer picanha recipe ready!

Tips for a good picanha recipe in airfryer

  • Leave the bottom fat of the nock so that it gives juiciness to the meat
  • The mixture should be a little thick so that it does not slip.
  • You should marinate the meat for at least 3 or 4 hours.
  • It is important to turn it over after 35 minutes of cooking
