This no-oil air fryer pizza dough recipe It has the basic ingredients, with little rest and almost no kneading.

I have cooked everything in my 5.5L Innsky air fryer.

When you prepare the dough you can add the ingredients you want and cook it in the air fryer too.

My recommendation is that you make a large quantity and freeze several portions for another day.

To prepare this pizza I have used fresh yeast although it can be substituted but it cannot be made without yeast.

Ingredients for Air Fryer Pizza Dough Recipe

  • Wheat flour (strength flour) - 14.1 oz
  • Warm water - 200 ml
  • 2 tbps of Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of Fresh yeast 
  • Salt

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Repose: 1 hour

Cooking time: 10 minutes

  1. We dissolve the yeast in the water
  2. In a bowl put the flour and make a hole in the center where we add the water with yeast and a pinch of salt
  3. Mix well with a wooden paddle and add the oil
  4. When we have a ball of dough, sprinkle flour on the countertop and knead and stretch for 4 minutes.
  5. Cover with a cloth and let stand 1 hour
  6. Knead carefully again for a few minutes and cut in half or in four
  7. With a kitchen roller we are giving it a round shape
  8. We cook in the airfryer at 180 ยบC for 10 minutes
  9. At half time we take it out and turn it over

Tips for a good fryer pizza dough recipe without oil

  • The yeast must be very well dissolved before integrating it with the flour
  • It is important to knead and stretch the dough so that it takes shape
