Ingredients for Aifryer Cauliflower Based Pizza Recipe

  • Raw cauliflower - 8.8 oz
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp of natural crushed tomato
  • 3 slices of Serrano ham
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Salt

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

  1. We wash the raw cauliflower and grind it with a mincer
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg and add the spices with a little salt
  3. Add the mashed cauliflower to the bowl and mix
  4. We put baking paper in the basket or container of the air fryer
  5. Crush the dough so that it is thin and covers the entire base of the container or basket
  6. We cook in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 ยบC
  7. We take out and put the natural crushed tomato as the base of the pizza
  8. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters
  9. Add the ham, fresh mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes on top
  10. Cook in the airfryer for 5 more minutes at 200 ยบC
  11. We take out and add some dried fruit to decorate (such as nuts)
