Pumpkin fritters recipe in airfryer

Ingredients for Pumpkin Airfryer fritters recipe

  • Pumpkin - 8.8 oz
  • Wheat flour - 9.8 oz
  • 1 tsp of Baker's yeast 
  • 1 sachet of Gasifier
  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Salt
  • Sugar white

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Repose: 2 hours

Cooking time: 8 minutes

  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes
  2. In a saucepan, put the milk and pumpkin over medium-high heat.
  3. When it has cooked, put the pumpkin in the blender glass and grind
  4. In half a glass of the cooking milk we dissolve the baker's yeast
  5. Add the sifted flour to the mixer bowl.
  6. Add a pinch of salt, the raising agent, the dissolved yeast and beat well
  7. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with film and leave in the oven with the door ajar.
  8. Let stand 2 hours
  9. Make round dough balls with a hole in the middle until the dough runs out
