Ingredients for roasted pumpkin recipe

  • 1/2 Pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1/2 tsp ground Ginger
  • A splash of olive oil

Preparation in the airfryer

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 12 minutes

  1. Peel and cut the pumpkin into small slices (as if it were a lemon)
  2. Remove the seeds
  3. Mix all the spices in a bowl (cumin, black pepper, herbs de Provence, ginger, sweet paprika, turmeric and salt)
  4. Add the jet of olive oil to the spices and integrate everything very well
  5. While we prepare the pumpkins, preheat the airfryer to 180ºC
  6. We put the pumpkin slices on a tray and with a brush we paint them with the already prepared mixture of spices and oil
  7. We put the pumpkin in the airfryer for 6 minutes in the Vegetables mode at 180ºC
  8. When that time has passed, we take out and turn the roasted cabaza so that they are done on the other side
  9. We cook it for 6 more minutes at 180ºC in vegetables mode

  • Black pepper ➡️ Black pepper with lemon (it's a spice that gives a special flavor)
  • Olive oil ➡️ You can add a little less oil and instead add lemon juice
