  • 7 Raw prawns
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • Bechamel - 7 oz
  • Grated Grana Padano cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Preparation in airfryer

Preparation time: 12 minutes

Cooking time: 4 minutes

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the spinach with a pinch of salt.
  2. Let cook for 10 minutes
  3. Peel the prawns, remove the gut and cut into two pieces
  4. Peel and cut the garlic into slices
  5. Heat a frying pan with a splash of oil.
  6. Sautรฉ the garlic and when it browns add the prawns
  7. Let cook for a minute and add the spinach
  8. Stir well and turn off the heat without removing the pan
  9. We put everything in a clay pot and add the bechamel
  10. Put the grated cheese on top
  11. We cook in the airfryer at 200 ยบC for 4 minutes
