Warm water - 280 ml
Strength flour (000) - 17.6 oz
1 sachet of dry yeast
1/2 tbsp of Butter
1/2 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Sugar
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Sleep duration: 2 hours and half
Cooking time: 30 minutes
In a large glass or a cup put the warm water with the yeast and the sugar
Stir the mixture until the yeast dissolves and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl melt the butter in the microwave from 15 seconds to 15 seconds so it doesn't burn
In a large bowl add the flour and salt with the melted butter and mix
Add the mixture of water, yeast and sugar
We continue mixing and kneading until a homogeneous ball remains.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let stand 1 hour and a half
