- Ham - 50 gr
- 4 medium potatoes
- salt
- 1 tsp garlic and parsley seasoning
- lemon - 15ml
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
- Preheat the airfryer to 180 ºC
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices with a mandoline
- In a square mold suitable for air fryer, place the potatoes and add a pinch of salt, a splash of oil and the seasoning on top
