Tips for a good vegan chocolate cake recipe in a airfryer

  • It is important to sift all the ingredients dry so that there are no lumps.
  • You can melt the chocolate with the milk in a saucepan, in a bain-marie or in the microwave
  • To beat I have used an automatic hand mixer but you can use manual rods, a glass blender, a mixer or a Thermomix
  • If the mold is silicone, you do not need to grease it. (remember to use a pan suitable for a airfryer)
  • Let the cake cool before cutting it.
  • If the ganache is too hard, you can heat it a bit in a bain-marie until you can spread it
  • I have used a silicone spatula to spread the ganache

Substitution of ingredients
