Textured soy - 8.8 oz
Turnip greens - 17.6 oz
1 onion
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley
3 Eggs
2 tbsp of wheat flour
Olive oil
Salt
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
In a large bowl add the soybeans and a large amount of water to hydrate
Let stand 20 minutes and we drain well
Add all the spices, a pinch of salt and mix well
In a medium saucepan, boil water and cook the turnip greens.
We change the water and continue cooking
Drain well with a strainer and a cloth if necessary
Chop the turnip tops and reserve
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
Peel and chop the onion into small cubes
Add the onion, a pinch of salt and sauté
Let cook 5 minutes
Add the textured soybeans, the turnip greens and turn off the heat but do not remove
When it has cooled add the eggs, the flour and make the meatballs
Place parchment paper for air fryer in the basket and the balls on top with a little separation and without piling up
We cook in the airfryer at 200 ºC for 8 minutes

The flour is indicative, add more until you can handle the dough
