  • Milk - 200 ml
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg

Cooking time: 15 minutes

  8. In a frying pan, heat a splash of oil.

  10. Chop the onion, the peppers, the courgettes into very small pieces
  11. When they are soft, add the minced meat and the crushed tomato.
  12. Let cook for a few minutes and add the wine until the alcohol evaporates.
