This protein and fit cake recipe in air fryer is prepared in a short time and uses slightly more special ingredients (although everything can be found in a normal supermarket).
I cooked everything in my 5.5L air fryer.
It has been prepared without oven, without pots, without pans and without microwave. And as for the ingredients, it is a fit cake without sugar, without sweetener and without gluten.

Ingredients for the protein fit cake recipe in airfryer
- 1 large banana
- Oat flour – 0.27 lb
- 1 tsp yeast
- Almond milk 0% – 80 ml
- 1 egg
- Egg whites – 100 gr
- Brownie flavor protein powder – 0.055 lb (one scoop)
- 2 ounces of 70% dark chocolate
Preparation in airfryer
Preparation time: 4 minutes
Cooking time: 18 minutes
- We chop the ounces of chocolate in the size we want
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat for a few minutes.
- Pour into a silicone cake mold suitable for airfryer.
- We cook in the air fryer at 185 ºC for 18 minutes
- We check with a toothpick to see if it is cooked inside and remove (or add more time).
- We can decorate with dried fruits on top
- And now we have our airfryer protein fit cake recipe ready!
Tips for a good protein fit cake recipe in airfryer
- You can vary the flavor of the protein until you find the one you like the most (or use unflavored oat flour)
- Check the cooking before removing it with the toothpick trick: insert a skewer or fork in the center and if it comes out stained it needs a few more minutes of cooking
- The ingredients can be changed to make it more to your liking.
- Try whipping the egg whites if you want it to be fluffier.

- Brownie flavor oat flour ➡️ Oat flour of other flavors, unflavored or mixed with almond flour
- Yeast ➡️ Chemical booster or raising agent
- Almond milk 0% ➡️ Oat drink or skimmed milk
- Banana ➡️ Banana
- Chocolate 75% ➡️ Pure chocolate or cocoa powder
